She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. My child enjoyed her company. Pradeep was equally commendable, providing excellent support in the dining area. He ensured that our meals were enjoyable and catered to our preferences, which added a personal touch to the experience. The attention to detail, from check-in to check-out, was remarkable. The hotel’s ambiance was soothing, with beautifully decorated common areas, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Fabulous little hotel, nestled in Munnar's hills! We are most definitely returning, next time directly from the airport, for R&R for a week! We cannot say enough about the superb staff, the amazing food, the service, and how beautiful the location and hotel are. We went during the rainy season and it was indeed a slice of heaven in the misty hills, cool (shorts and T shirt weather). My spouse and I have been all over the planet, at luxurious and boutique hotels, but Chandy's could go toe to toe with anywhere we have stayed. STRONGLY RECOMMEND. Go, and just relax!

Recently spent 4 nights at Windy Woods and it was absolutely amazing. The staff are incredibly attentive, nothing is too much. The Cricket World Cup final was on and they went out of their way to make it a great day (despite the result). We had 2 rooms during the stay, a superior deluxe which had a great view and then moved to a family deluxe which was much larger and the bathroom was a touch fancier but less of a view. Breakfasts were excellent with a huge range of foods + made to order items.
